Mathematics,
Science & Technology
The
Cornerstones Magnet Grant has enabled Carnage to move
forward with a new and fundamental focus as a GT Magnet
school with emphasis on mathematics, science, and
technology.
-
The
Cornerstones Magnet Grant has provided Carnage with
technology, enabling us to have multiple networked
computers in each classroom, a wireless computer lab,
and several fully equipped computer laboratory
classrooms.

The
science focus is centered on a new Ecosystem Learning
Center. This center is comprised of a
greenhouse with various habitats and gardens to
facilitate student learning across the curriculum.

New
electives in mathematics and science strengthen the
students' knowledge and interests in these areas.

Technology
development permeates all subject areas and enhances
students' contributions to the 21st century.
