PRE-ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES
New students need to pre-enroll to get a NC-WISE student ID number prior to participating in the Magnet Application or the School Choice Selection Process.
Pre-enrollment Dates/Times for
Carnage Middle School
Begins November 28
Tuesdays and Thursdays:8:30-9:30 or 12:30-1:30
To enroll, you will need:
Your child’s birth certificate
Proof of address (like a current utility bill or lease)
A photo ID of the parent or legal guardian
As part of the enrollment process, parents are asked to complete registration forms.

Please note that forms are also available in Spanish.
You can download the forms and complete them before you arrive for enrollment. Forms will also be available for you to complete here at Carnage. Please check the TIMELINE to know when all items need to be completed and submitted.
